COOKIES POLICY

Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), establishes that data storage and retrieval devices may be used on the terminal equipment of recipients, provided that they have given their consent after being provided with clear and comprehensive information about their use, in particular, regarding the purposes of data processing, in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. In this regard, cookies may be stored on your device.

The identifying details of the website publisher and the data controller can be found in full in the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy of this website.

In cases where obtaining consent is mandatory, a layered information mechanism has been chosen.

You can delete cookies by selecting the relevant option in your browser. At any time, you can delete all cookies using the corresponding option in your browser.

Classification of Cookies Subject to Information and Consent, according to the report from the Spanish Data Protection Agency:

3.1 Types of cookies according to the entity that manages them:

- First-party cookies: These are those that are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a device or domain managed by the publisher itself and from which the service requested by the user is provided.

- Third-party cookies: These are those that are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a device or domain that is not managed by the publisher, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.

In the event that cookies are installed from a device or domain managed by the publisher itself, but the information collected through them is managed by a third party, they cannot be considered first-party cookies if the third party uses them for its own purposes.

The user can find out about transfers to third countries, if applicable, carried out by the third parties identified in this cookie policy, by consulting their own cookie policies.

Please note that if you accept third-party cookies, you must delete them from the browser options or through the system provided by the third party itself.

3.2 Types of cookies according to the length of time they remain active on the user's terminal:

- Session cookies: These are a type of cookie designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website, to store information that is only relevant for the provision of the service requested by the user on a single occasion, and they disappear when the session ends.

- Persistent cookies: These are a type of cookie in which the data remains stored on the terminal and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the cookie’s controller, which can range from a few minutes to several years. For a cookie to be exempt from the requirement of informed consent, its expiration must be related to its purpose.

3.3 Types of cookies according to their purpose:

- Technical cookies: These are cookies that allow the user to navigate through a website, platform, or application and use the various options or services available on it, such as controlling data traffic and communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted areas, remembering the elements that make up an order, completing the purchase process of an order, registering or participating in an event, using security elements during navigation, storing content for the dissemination of videos or audio, sharing content through social networks, or managing advertising spaces that the publisher has included on the website (without collecting user information for other purposes). These cookies are exempt from consent when they enable the provision of the service requested by the user. However, if these cookies are also used for non-exempt purposes (for example, for behavioral advertising), they will be subject to the obligation of providing information and obtaining consent.

- Preference or personalization cookies: These are cookies that allow the storage of information so that the user can access the service with certain predefined general characteristics based on a series of criteria on the user's terminal, such as language, the type of browser through which the service is accessed, the regional configuration from which the service is accessed, etc. If it is the user who selects these characteristics (for example, if they choose the language of a website by clicking on the flag icon of the corresponding country), the cookies will be exempt from consent as they are considered a service expressly requested by the user, provided that the cookies exclusively serve the selected purpose.

- Analytics or measurement cookies: These are cookies that allow their controller to monitor and analyze the behavior of users of the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through this type of cookie is used to measure the activity of websites, applications, or platforms and to create navigation profiles of users of such sites, applications, and platforms, with the aim of making improvements based on the analysis of usage data by users of the service. They are not exempt from the requirement to obtain informed consent for their use, and, despite the low likelihood of posing a privacy risk to users, especially when they are first-party cookies, it must be possible for users to opt out of their use or express their refusal.

- Advertising or behavioral cookies: These are cookies that enable the most efficient management possible of the advertising spaces that, where applicable, the publisher has included on a website, application, or platform from which the requested service is provided, based on criteria such as the content displayed or the frequency at which ads are shown. They store information about user behavior obtained through the continuous monitoring of their browsing habits, allowing a specific profile of the observed user to be created in order to display advertising based on that profile.
