General Conditions of Use of Habilmind

By accepting these conditions, the Educational Center (hereinafter "the Center") will be able to access the following tools of the Habilmind platform free of charge, with a limit of 50 applications per school year:

• I attend

• Learning Styles

• Memory

• Self-concept and self-esteem

• Emotional Wellbeing Screening

• Mental Calculation

• Screening Visual

• Executive Functions

• Personal Trends

• EDIT

• Rogers

• Screen Abuse

• Risks on the Internet

• Professional Preferences

• EITEF

1. Free access

Access to the above tools will be completely free for the Center, with a maximum of 50 applications per school year. Habilmind reserves the right to limit use to this amount and may terminate the free service with one year's notice.

2. Duration of service

This service will be provided on a per academic year basis and will automatically renew if neither party states otherwise. The Center will have access to test results for a minimum of two years after the end of the agreement, upon request.

3. Obligations of the Center

The Centre must protect the access keys provided by Habilmind and take the necessary security measures for the data processed on the platform.

4. Confidentiality

The Center undertakes to maintain confidentiality regarding information related to the use of the Habilmind platform, in accordance with current regulations.

5. Data protection

The Center is responsible for the processing of personal data entered into the Habilmind platform, and both parties will comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Termination of service

Habilmind may terminate the free service with one year's notice. Furthermore, if the conditions described here are not met, the agreement may be terminated early.

7. Applicable legislation

These conditions are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid.

Acceptance

By checking the corresponding box and accepting these conditions, the Center confirms that it has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of use of the Habilmind platform.
